Living in Brooklyn every morning i wake up there is something different about my car weather its keyd bumped broken into there is always something. The other day i was backing up out of a spot and didn`t realize there was a parking garage behind me and a car coming out of it slanted. I told her i would pay for it my self she then told me she needed to take it to her guy Brighton auto and i said ok. They contacted me and told me she was a regular customer of theirs and they needed $280 cash to fix her car immediately. This price was non negotiable. So this is was you get when you bump the wrong persons car SCAMMED cop or not this women must have been making a profit from this company because she would not allow me to take the car anywhere else in Brooklyn. I wish i still had the picture on my phone and i could upload it but it was 2 tiny scratches by the front left side of the bumper no dents nothing just scratches. Maybe this guy had to pay his worker $30 to paint it over with a magic marker i dont know. got quoted $100.00 from 3 other shops. This place is a SCAM I will never ever go back to this place and i hope they know what goes around comes around. And the first question you get asked when you die is Were you honest in business I can say yes they willl see the floor open underneath them.

I would not pay them a cent until you test drive first. They leave the mechanical work undone, and once you`ve paid, they won`t fix anything again. They are not mechanics at all. Only good for bodyshop work, but I would stay away. Also, the seemingly friendly owner passes you off once he has your business, and he could care less about you after he`s got you in his shop, and especially after he`s got your money. ... view more All the bad reviews here are accurate based on my experience. OK so i got into an accident and cops called me a tow truck which came from Brighton Collision , i did not know anything about this shop but the cops told me they are a great shop and i shouldn`t worry about leaving the car with them!!! Once i came to the shop and spoke to the manager and he showed me around i felt very safe leaving my car there for repairs , shop is big, many employees, cars look great (that were d... view moreone already) staff was pleasant ... I picked up my car just a week after , my car was in mint condition , you couldn`t even tell that it was hit at all and my damage was bad before the repairs!!! soooooo I LOVE THIS SHOP AND ONLY BRINGING MY CAR HERE FROM NOW ON!!! This is an excellent body shop. Just look around and see that all of its clients are Mercedes and Lexuses. If you think it takes a long time to have your vehicle fixed, it is probably no worse that anywhere else. Also, look around again - it is a very busy place. Seems to me that some one on here is just lying or went to the wrong place.. There is no way the staff treated anyone like these other posts say. I have also sent 2 of my friends there to have their cars repaired and they have both thanked me for the recomendation.

The worst body shop. It took them a month to repair my car. Even though, they did very bad job. The door and hood are not closing properly, I would never recomend this body shop to anyone.
