When i originally called i was given a time frame of 25 minutes and a flat rate price.About 15 minutes later Cut Rate Towing called and said he would be a few minutes later.I found this to be very considerate as other companies i used either came late without calling or didn`t show at all and then you can`t reach them to find out what happened .When the truck showed up he was very courteous and the price was as quote... view mored.If you want a towing company that communicates then call them.
