SCAMMERS!! Avoid at all cost!!
Do not waste your time at this dealership. They will rip you off. Hyundai was offering a rebate on all their vehicles. I walk into this dealer to purchase a car and when I mentioned the rebate, they claimed they never heard of it. Luckily, I did my research before I walked in there. I was already quoted a price by other dealerships, the guy at Giuffre claim the prices from the the other dealers were bogus. ... view moreSo I decided to walk out and someone stop me and claimed that there was a rebate but the salesman was not aware of it. Now I am talking to another salesman and I told him about the prices that I was quoted at the other dealers. He claim to be able to beat the price. Then he says the price is only for manual transmission and that it will be $2500 more for an automatic transmission. I decided to walk out for good and went back to the other dealer and purchased the car there without sales people trying to scam me. Do yourself a favor and do your research before you buy a new car.

They`ll Waste Your Time
They advertise cars online. You`ll call to confirm and they`ll LIE and say they have the car you want. They`ll make you go to the store and when you get there, you`ll find out they have none of the cars advertised. Sales people will go nuts to make you buy whatever expensive stuff they have. What a disgusting and unethical way of making business. They have no respect for people.

review Pasqual P. Bronx, NY 1 star rating 1/15/2011 I went to this dealership because their internet pricing for used cars was the lowest I found. Before I went out to Brooklyn I called to make sure that the vehicle I was interested in was available, and I was told that it was. When I arrived and spoke to a salesperson the first thing I was told was that $2000 had to be added to all internet prices. In ... view morethe next breath she informed me that the vehicle I wanted was not available. My second and third choices were not available either. I should have left immediately but needed a car desperately and eventually made a purchase. Their policy requires in-house financing, and the rate of interest would not be quoted until I committed to the purchase. I was not too concerned about the astronomical interest rate because I knew I could refinance with a Municipal Credit Union for a much better rate- (less than half of what these bandits were charging) Four months later, when one of my tires was damaged I realized that my vehicle did not have a spare tire, despite paying a good sum for ""dealer prep"". I called and spoke to Iggy, manager and son of the owner, in order to give the dealership the opportunity to make this situation right. I was informed that all purchases were ""as is "" and that there was nothing that could be done to correct this problem.

BUY A CAR SOME PLACE ELSE
Goombas are the sales people and cuisinettes answer the phones. I mistakenly bought a car here and now I`m stuck with them for 4 years. I trusted them because a friend sent me there and I never bought a car before. I learned a big $$$ lesson. The numbers don`t add up after they write up a sales receipt. They add in charges and fees not on the sales receipt. They pass you off to other people when you call to ask que... view morestions because they can`t be bothered. Buy someplace else. Read these reviews before you buy a car, I`m sorry I didn`t.:(

PLEASE, DO NOT EVEN GO TO GIUFFRE!! YOULL GET ROBBED!!!
This is the first time I am ever even writing a review on a business just because I can not believe this business is in existence. I actually bought a car from Giuffre two weeks ago. Believe it or not when I got my online quote via email from them they told me the car would be 21,650. I went to the dealership and the price magically changed to 27,800. This is not a joke. Turns out I did lease the car after causi... view moreng a scene and they did give me a decent deal, not great but decent... this was only the beginning of my horrors....

Two weeks after i bought the car I was having an electrical problem so I figured I could just bring it in and being that it is 2 WEEKS old they would take care of it no problem. Long story short I was told the problem could not be due to ordinary issues but I must have done something wrong to the car and my warranty has been voided!!!! I paid $340 just to get my car back from the shop!!! My rim was scratched and my family and I were told we had to leave the shop immediately and wait ouside to pick up my car. The service manager, Tommy, even continued to call me ""Bro,"" ""Cuz,"" ""Yo,"" and ""Son."" Unreal.

I am taking this to court and what not but please, for your own good, take your business elsewhere. My story seems outrageous and I wish it was made up.

Bait and Switch
They offer good deals on line, then when I confirmed the availability of the car by calling, they did not actually have it when I went in. In fact they did not have any of the good deals they listed on line, and everything they actually had was much more expensive.

will say anything to get you there
I was contacted immediately about an inquiry I made on line. I was told there was a special on ALL the cars to make way for new vehicles and I was told wrong info about their warranties. When I arrived for that specific vehicle I made an appointment to see, they didn`t know where the vehicle was. And the special did not apply for the one car I wanted to see. When I asked the salesman what he could do for me, he calc... view moreulated what I would be paying for the car, when I did the math in FRONT of him, I pointed out that he was really doing nothing for me. He was just adding the price of tax and tags to the original full price, like I can`t do math. Then another salesman came and tried to talk me into buying a new car. I thought my time was wasted, until I sat down to write this review. If this helps someone else, i feel there was some sense in this mess. I must say, I was so annoyed that I drove there on a day I was so busy. I couldn`t even feel angry at the woman that gave me the wrong info on the phone. I think she was trained to mislead people, she was not ignorant at all. I think she was actually doing her job the way she has been trained to. Thank God I have a purposeful job. It must be aweful to do that for a living.

Bate & Switch Practices and much more!
Giuffre Kia Mazda Mitsubishi Hyundai is a car dealership that preys on consumers. You will regret any dealings with them. They engage in bate and switch tactics, they provide consumers with incomplete and inaccurate information and they try to trick consumers into purchasing warranties that they do not need or want.

At the end of December 2009, I called Giuffre and asked about the availability of a 2004 Lexus ... view moreRX 330. They told me that the car was available and I went in to see it. When I arrived, I was driven across town to see the car and told that the vehicle was actually moved to another location only minutes after my call notifying them that I was coming in to see it. WHY? After this inconvenience and waste of time, when I arrived at the other location, I noticed that I was being shown a more expensive 2005 and not the 2004 that I inquired about. I was told by the agent that the 2004 was sold quite some time ago. ""Then why was I told it was here?"" I asked. The agent said that the receptionist probably didn`t check. I had travelled all the way to Brooklyn from mid-town manhattan by train and figured I would go ahead and look at the 2005. When I went into the car, it would not start. I was told that it would need a jump and guess what, the cables were back across town at the other location. So why didn`t I leave then you might ask? Because I had already invested a couple hours. When I went back to the first location. I was convinced to stay there and wait for the car to be brought to me. While waiting I asked to see the carfax report several times to no avail. Finally, after demanding to see it, I was given an abbreviated version that omitted all pertinent information. I became increasingly suspicious and called a friend who ran the report for me. The full report revealed that the car was in an accident - information that the dealers intentionally and deceitfully withheld. Hours later I was still at the dealership, I finally test drove the car, liked the car in spite of the accident and decided to purchase. (I know, in retrospect I realize I should have ran for the hills many times but understand, these people are very good at what they do. their tactic is to delay and wear out the consumer so that eventually, out of desperation and exhaustion, they agree to purchase.) I returned the following day to purchase the car. The agent who handled financing went over the terms and I heard him quickly mention the word ""warranty"". I asked him to repeat more slowly and confirmed that they were trying to sell me a $3000 warranty. I explained that I did not want to purchase it. And guess what, after 8 hours of my time wasted, travel expense to and from the dealership, Giuffre refused to sell me the car without the warranty. They figured that I had invested so much, I wouldn`t possibly walk away. But I did. I wish I read these reviews prior to dealing with this shady company. It amazes me that this dealership is still in business.

Dishonest dealer
I should have believed what the reviewers have said. This dealer is dishonest. They will try to do any to get you in. Will not honest their quote. I was quoted a Entourage 2008 and just hours before I go in, I called and they said they have a few of it available. I arrived at my appointment, and there is no car. I was there for 5 minutes and left.
