HORRIBLE customer service and ...

HORRIBLE customer service and LONG wait. I drive a 2010 Ford F-250 with the tire size 275/70/18 and they charged me $80 + tax to mount and balance 4 tires. I could have gone elsewhere but Gaymark is close to home and I figured that Id spend $10 in gas going else where to save $10. These guys dont even know how to check the inside of your door and see what air pressure your tires are supposed to be set at! Th... view moreey put in 40 psi, 44 psi, 41 psi and 66.5 psi in my tires. They are suppose to be at 65 psi. How can you put 66.5 in 1 and 40 in the other 3? Careless, careless mechanics! NOT SAFE AT ALL. My Tire light was on as it normally is after tires are changed. I drobe home and it was still on... hmm. Got out the tire gauge and found out that on a 7500lb truck they put in 40 - 44 Psi in my brand new tires. It feelt squishy and not right when driving. I had to put the air in myself at home vs driving 10 mins each way to have them put in the correct air pressure.... waste of my time and money. Shop elsewhere! THere are cheaper prices AND nicer people around. Also tire prices are very high, check online for discount tires and you will find WAYYY better deals.
