Our business is dedicated to our customers. Established in Little Falls, New York in 1926 by Percy Whitcomb & Thurman Petzold who were both very honest and fair men. They built their business on these principles which is why they were so successful. Next in line for the business was James H. Whitcomb, son of Percy. Jim ran the business with the same principles of honesty and fairness with a personal interest in each customer. In 1991 Jim retired and his son Tom took over the business with many years of experience and training in General Motors vehicles. He is known all over the valley for his honest, helpful and friendly manner. Tom prides himself on making sure every customer is taken care of to their own satisfaction.
