Worst car service EVER!!!

If it was possible to rate them a negative one star I would. As a Canarsie resident, I try to use neighborhood-based businesses whenever feasible. However, the quality of service, especially customer service, has gone completely downhill. Twice in just a couple of days the dispatcher told me a car was coming to me but never showed. When I called back on both occasions, the dispatcher never apologized - only told m... view moree that he wasn`t the one who picked up the phone (first time) then told me that I was lying and had never called for a car in the first place (second time)! The fact that I am 7.5 months pregnant made matters worse as I was really depending on the car to get me where I needed to go. I can overlook the fact that the cars are not in great shape sometimes, but a rude and obnoxious dispatcher?? I won`t use them ever again.
