Just another BAIT & SWITCH operation; they`re always trying to UPSELL you to the more expensive oil change (not needed); to having you change your oil at 3K miles, instead of 5K; to finding ""parts"" that need replacing. Just REFUSE all service because its OVER-PRICED, and the parts they use are EXPENSIVE. The ONLY service that MAY BE worthwhile is the standard oil change with car wash. Even their car wa... view moresh is substandard - you`re better off finding a local detailing shop.

Great Auto Center!

Everyone was very nice and respectful. What a great shop. Seems like all employed are very happy, and it sure shows. Thanks for being in Kingston. I get all my vehicles serviced with Hoffman, 5 cars, 1 truck, and my children do also. Great Auto Center!

Great Service

You really need to give the people that work at this Hoffman in Kingston, NY a heads up. I have been going to this car wash for long time. It does a real good job on all my cars and trucks. The men and women that do the inside of my cars do a great job. Thank you Hoffman!

Dopes

They failed to find defective brakes on my wife`s car during a NYS inspection. She had to pay $350 for an emergency brake job while traveling as the brake pads, which they should have looked at, were worn down to bare metal.
