repairshop horror story

i had more trouble dealing with this place than i had fixing the car myself (which is what i had to do). i was far from home and had some problems with my car. these guys towed it to their shop; THE MOST EXPENSIVE TOW I`VE EVER HAD. then told me they`d call the following day with an estimate. THEY DIDN`T CALL so i called the day after that and they said they needed another day to even look it over, we`ll call you tom... view moreorrow. THEY DON`T CALL, but i do and they say they need to go find the part at the yard... ok, call you tomorrow. THEY DON`T CALL, i call them. the guy sighs and says its too much work and they don`t feel like doing it. so now I`VE WAITED 4 DAYS TO HEAR THAT THEY DON`T WANT TO EVEN THOUGH THE DAY PREVIOUS THEY WERE WILLING TO TAKE IT ON. i got it towed home by another company, i dont want to give them another cent at this point. a friend and i look at the car and determine what needs to be done and figure it out. IT TOOK 2 HOURS OF ACTUAL LABOR TO FIX IT OURSELVES. i`m cruising again and its cool, these guys aren`t.
