Great guy at Norman`s

I went to four shops in the area to get my car fixed then i went to Norman`s. I pulled up to the shop and I was greated by a big guy named Danny he was a gental giant and made me feel like he really cared. He looked at my car and asked what happend and if I was ok he explaned to me about the repair`s and what had to be done and about how much it would cost. After that we went upstairs and he and a fellow worker Brend... view morea helped me make the claim. From start to finish it was great my car came out like new and i`m one happy customer. The owner should be very proud of the worker`s that helped me I can`t thank them enough. Also Danny called me about a week after just to ask me how the car was and if everything was ok. To me that is a person who care`s. Norman`s great people great place. :-)
