Dropped off my RV on September...

Dropped off my RV on September 6, 2011. As of June 18, 2012, work is still not complete and we have now missed multiple trips. He agreed to provide a rental for us for Memorial Day, but never reimbursed us. He has lots of excuses. My recommendation is to find another place that does this work.
