I had disccussed with Alex about going to Rudolph Chevrolet merely for the fact that they are closer to my home. But becuase I own a Buick, I wasn`t sure if they could warranty service my vehicle. Great Experience

This comment is not to complain... but to compliment the service received at Shamaley. The initial contact was very courteous and efficient. The service advisor (Hector) was honest in his assessment of the problem and called when he said he would to explain the resolution of said problem. Thanks to Hector for his courtesy and promptness.
