great customer service

I have a 2007 Escalade, my service advisor is Mike Rodriguez, all the employees at Bravo Cadillac
are great. They treat me like a friend, not just like a customer. Don`t go with ""HIM""

Took my Oldsmobile to have a problem repaired-received a diagnostic from a Mike Rodriguez-he ""allegedly"" fixed it. Had EXACT same problem again-took vehicle back to him and he then stated it was another problem and wanted to charge me for more work. If I could go into detail, you`d understand that he/they cheated me. After getting another diagnostic from him, and realizing what he had done-I took my vehicle to ... view morea real mechanic.
