Rude!
When calling to ask about pricing, the lady who answered was very rude. She first put me on hold for at least five minutes and when she finally picked up, she sounded annoyed by my questions, as if I was taking up her time. Very poor customer service!

These guys are a bunch of croo...
These guys are a bunch of crooks! They will lie and steal, make sure you go anywhere else. I made the mistake of buying a car alarm from them and they screwed up the install (incompetent!!!) and would not give me my money back. They lied about who even owned the store!!!! Stay away!!!

Liars!!!
These people are liars and criminals! Do not trust these people with your vehicle. When I complained about the poor product and bad installation the owner told me he was not the owner and had to ask his partner if he could give me my money back. When I said that is not what he told me before he said he could not write the check and that he would give me my money back later. Sure. After hiring a lawyer, notifying the ... view morepolice and listening to more of their lies and getting cussed out by one of the managers I would stay away from these crooks.

Burned holes in my seats, only 2 of 5 look like professional
Burned two holes into my back seat. They were very defensive and blamed me for the damage.I had to call the police to file a report.Only 2 of the 5 windows looked like professional install. I asked for window tint to be included in the sale of my vehicle, and the salesman at Shamaley GMC followed through with the purchase order for standard tint on a 4 door vehicle that was included. I upgraded to a premium tint that... view more I agreed to pay an extra $100 dollars for, to Shades & Shadows. I dropped the car off just after 12:00 for the appointment that was made. I went to pick the car up about three hours later and they were not complete. I was asked to come back in another 5 minutes so they could wash the windows. I came back as asked, and while paying for the services they pulled the car to the front and brought the keys in. I was handed the warranty from 3M, and explained some details. I walked to the car to put my 4 year old daughter in her car seat. I didnt think much about it, but her car seat had been moved to the front seat. As I peeked further inside to look at some of the bubbles stuck in the tint on the back window, when I noticed the two holes that were burned into my leather seat. I went back inside to talk to someone and no one was in the front of the store and the door to the back was closed. When you open the door it makes a loud noise to alert someone to come to the front. The wife and kids had to go to another store to use the restroom. I waited for a few minutes and nobody came to the front. My wife and children then came inside and another alert from the door was made. No one came to the front. I grabbed a business card and called the shop. The lady who helped me earlier came to answer the phone. Now that she was there, I told her about the hole in the seat. She told me that the installers didn`t say anything about it to her. She informed us that when there is damage to a vehicle the installers are suppose to show her before they begin work. We went to the car and she took a look at the two holes that had been burned into the seat and then walk to the back to talk to the installers. One of the installers that had helped me with the work order came out to take a look at the damage and said he couldn`t be everywhere at once and didn`t see what had happened and wanted to look at the damage. Then we walked back inside. The woman then told me to come back on Monday so I can talk to the manager, and she called the dealership I bought the car from to verify that the car indeed did not have the hole in the seat. I asked her for her managers number, and instead of giving it to me, she called. After speaking to someone on the phone, she told me again to come back on Monday. I asked her to put in writing who had worked on the vehicle and that she referred me to speak to her manager because she could not do anything about it. She went to the back of the shop again. After a few minutes she returned empty handed and told me she would be there on Monday and to just see her again. Since she told my there was nothing that she could do once already, I knew that wasn`t a very good option. I asked one more time to simply write something with her name, the date, and who worked on the vehicle and the complaint I was making, or I was going to call the police to file a report about the damage. She asked for the warranty card and said that was proof of us being there. I told her that if she wanted to write the information I asked for on the on the card it would be ok. She then went to the back again. This time two different installers came out and looked at the holes. They said that if it was just burnt you would smell it. They told me that if it was burnt with a heat gun, there would be something stuck to the heat gun. They pull my whole seat out and said it wasn`t new. After my intelligence being insulted, I told them they were not going to convince me that the car already had the holes, I called the police and made a report imme
