January was a horrible month. I had problems with a credit card company, my isp, and my phone company. You would think wrecking my car would exponentiate the problem. My insurance company uses Casa as a preferred provider. I had nothing else to go on. I have never been treated so well. John, the man who handled my case, did everything perfectly. Several weeks later, I brought the car back for a ""funny"" noise that I... view more thought was related to the body work. He got me in that day, offered to drive me home so he could look at the car, diagnosed a problem with my shocks, and got the car back to me without an extra charge. These people are incredible and I will never go anywhere else. (although I hope to never have to go back :)) Highly, highly recommended!
