Harold, the owner, is honest, straightforward, and skilled. I have been pleased with both the work and the charges every time I have utilized his services. He never does unnecessary work and checks with me before he does ANYTHING to my car, but at the same time, he notices things that are or might become a problem and discusses them (providing options when appropriate) in detail.
