This has been the most frustrating experience of my life! I got in a minor accident and my tire got stuck under the car (excuse me if I don t use the correct terms). My insurance company recommended ABC. I was told that the vehicle would be ready in a week. It has been almost a month. First I was told I would need to wait another day for the paint to dry over night; okay. Next they didn t realize that they needed to ... view morereplace a certain part; slightly annoyed but okay. Next the part hasn t come in yet (it took four days) then a local dealership actually has it so they will drop it off. Next it has to be taken somewhere else to make sure that it is aligned correctly. Oh and it gets better We broke your barring and forgot to order a tire you know even though the tire was the MAIN PROBLEM. So do not go to this shop if you would like competent individuals working on your vehicle. If you would like someone who has the common sense to order all necessary parts at once instead of part by part DO NOT GO HERE. Although friendly over the phone these people are COMPLETELY INADEQUATE. Do not waste your time going here unless you don t mind the wait and you have rental coverage.
