(2009) Cheryl and Buck Run a good shop. They gave me four Alignments on my 2003 KIA Optima, it was shredding tires cuz the Gallup Big O took all of my shims out of the rear. (Strut replacement) They worked on it till it was right. Hands down. Charged me for one alignment, did not charge me for extra used tires, till we stopped the over wear again. This problem started at the Gallup Big O, cuz I needed stru... view morets. Just about knocked the bay managers head off after he argued with me about the shims and sitting in the car for an "offset" Alignment. AJ Tires Fixed another "Chains" problems. Go see ANY Big O if you think you can get better service. I WAS a Lifetime Big O customer, Denver, Co Springs, Las Vegas. Then used Gallup. NEVER again will I step into Big O...
