WARNING!!! This guy is a thief...

WARNING!!! This guy is a thief he charged me 8000.00( gave him 4000.00 down payment) to fix my boat that consisted of fixing all cracks, replacing railing moldings and all other damaged parts. This guys promised to have my 25 ft cabin boat in 5 months. well never happened, he always promised boat was ready drove from el paso to elephant butte 3 times and the boat was never ready. after 8 months of waiting and getting... view more the run around, got a call from Fidel stating the boat is ready. well guess what I show up boat is not ready boat was scratched instead of replacing damaged railings moldings and other damaged parts he only painted over them making a mess. oh what about the cracks well he did not fix them he only painted over them... and to top of all this he stole my boat cover!!! I have not had any luck getting my down payment so I was forced to sue him. still waiting hopefully soon I will get to take this guy to court and get my money back ... please do not let him take advantage of you, this guy is a THIEF!!!!!!!!
