Big time 4x4 stole my parts

Had Chad do some work on my JK he did a gear change and ball joints. He said he would have the work done in 3 days, it ended up taking 6, when the work was supposed to be done I called and he said he was almost done that it would be done in the morning, I came the next day at 12 and they had just started working on it, then when I asked when it would be done his mechanic started cussing saying how it was a big job an... view mored not to rush even though it was already a day late, they ended up keeping it for 2 more days, when I picked it up my lockers didn`t work anymore, I tried to get a hold of him for a week before I went down and he said everything was working fine and that he wasn`t going to look at it because he didn`t want me as a customer anymore, spent 400 bucks to get the problem fixed and then on top of that my ball joints went out a month later and when I replaced them they said they were still the stock ones I had not the upgraded ones I bought, of course chad denies it, but I am now taking him to court. He is a thief and a liar and does awful work, avoid at all costs!!
