Were to start: This place has lured me in with there flashy adds then fail to come through, MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! Tim has got to be the worst service manager and will blame you for anything he can, and try to void your warranty. without a good service department there`s no use in buying a car from these people! SCARY PLACE TO BUY A CAR

If you would have asked me a few years ago i would have recommended Lithia in Santa Fe, but as for now it`s probably one of the worst and typical of CAR SALES!!! Watch out for the service department and the management in this place! The car sales people are polite but the management has been infested with bozos!
