After high school, they both pursued training in the automotive industry.Ross went to school at Denver Automotive while Rick became an aircraft maintenance specialist for the Air Force. After this extensive training they both pursued careers as automobile technicians at several different automotive shops. They ended up both working at the local Toyota dealership for over 10 years where they experienced Toyota and Lexus service and repair at its finest.They then became friends and colleagues. They also underwent extensive training and certification programs that helped them to exceed the expectations of any automotive shop. Yet they were not as happy as they could have been.They decided to go into business for themselves. First Ross, then soon after Rick joined him in an effort to pursue their dreams of being in the automobile industry while bringing high quality, low cost service to their hometown.Today they have been in business for over 12 years and have maintained their same high quality, low cost service, which has put them on the map in Santa Fe through their "word of mouth" advertising. Today ToyoTech is a name passed around town through Toyota and Lexus owners that brings in new people to us every day. ToyoTech has now grown to five people strong where Ross and Rick still work hands on with the Cars, Customers and their Employees to keep their business doing well, not only for them but for the customers that they enjoy helping every day.
