I priced a dump trailer at another NJ trailer place. They were ready to sell it to me and I left a deposit. I checked with HECHT and found out that it was all wrong for me. I had too small of a truck for the one I almost bought. The other guys didn`t care. Hecht did and took alot of time with me to make sure I was getting the right trailer. Bottom line, I got my deposit back from the other guys and bought from hecht.... view more They are true experts!

Unbeatable customer service

I had purchased a tow dolly from Hecht Trailers, that in itself was a great experience but the customer service when i would bring it in for service was fantastic. They would show me how to be safe with my product, my hat is off to them.
