Less than Professional Conduct

I had my car towed by this company after making the mistake of parking in a local business while backpacking overnight locally. While having my car towed by this company was completely legitimate, their conduct towards myself when contacting them about the car was completely the opposite. I explained my predicament to local authorities and a neighbor, that I was from out of state and would be flying across the coun... view moretry with a flight leaving at 7am the following morning, and requested that they contact the owner on my behalf. The owner did call me back, and while I was initially glad to have my phone ring, the owner launched almost immediately into an offensive rant about his rights as a business owner, how he would not readjust his schedule to accommodate persons like myself, and in a raised tone to demand that I "had better have someone there when they opened the next morning at 7:30am" to claim my vehicle, completely ironic considering my upcoming flight. While I understand the rights of a business owner, his tone and demeanor were completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and abusive. While it is possible this owner may be reasonable to local town dwellers whom he may have to face again and earn their repeat business, his character in dealing with out of town business is clearly of a different nature, and I would be suspect of trusting this owner with any transaction where his professional services were not held strictly accountable to second opinion evaluation.
