Service ripoff. Car making noise. Fixed lots of thing and gave car back with noise after two weeks. Turns out to be alternator, which they didnt fix! So fixed lots for $3000 but not the problem....hmm. Feeling ripped off. I guess if your techs make $100000 a year you have to find a way to pay them. Totally turned off to Princeton group of cars. OUTSTANDING Customer Service

The only reason I am staying a loyal BMW customer, even when I may think about a new model from another manufacturer, is the customer service provided by BMW.
I have owned severel brands of automobiles, no other luxury car dealer has matched the level of service that Princeton BMW provides.

They are 1) convenient, accomodating to your schedule for service; 2) hassel free, just drop in and drive out with lo... view moreaner when needed; and 3) always courteous, with regular updates to the status of the work being done (I`ve never had to call the about my car while being serviced, they have always called me to keep me updated!).

I highly recommend this dealership for sales and for service even if you got your car elswhere. You wont be disappointed.
