Great Sales Team/Pretty Bad Service department

I used to bring my car to get serviced at this dealership and always had questionable service. They tend to be very arrogant and really do not go the extra mile for their customers or even bother to update you when you are waiting until you have to get up and ask for an update. Me and my wife bought a new car during a quick visit one day because we needed a new car and their sales guys are pretty good and professiona... view morel. Let me tell you at my last service visit things have gotten even worst. Thus if it was not for the sales staff i would rate them a 1. And I am done with their service as well, don`t go there you are warned.
