This place is horrible . I too...

This place is horrible . I took my pacifica to this place . They kept the vehicle for 2 weeks . No calls , They don`t return calls . When they fix an issue ; they break something else . They don`t own up to their mistake . They were telling me " I have to change my brakes , rotors" and so on . ... Two days after my oil change with this dealer ... my engine started knocking ... Now I have to spend ... view more$6000 to fix it ... These guys deserve no star. If you want to drain your wallet ( with no return) , this is the BEST place.

horrible service !

i dropped my vehicle off 9 days ago still no service tech has even looked at it. no one has even had the common courtesy to even call me and let me know what is going on! i have to make all the phone calls.PLEASE DONT USE MCDONAGH SERVICE! do yourself a favor!!! dont know if the vehicle will ever get fixed???
