done business here multiple times however as time moves on clearly customer service as well as work ethic goes down. not to mention they are down to ONE mechanic. extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service currently as well as the fact that my car sat for days with NO FORMAL DIAGNOSIS yet when it came time for me to take my car else where so that it could be worked on sooner (its an everyday driver) i... view more was charged a 65.00 labor fee for them to say they think its this & that!? if i would have been told they were backed up & wouldn`t be able to get to my car for a few days i would have never gotten it towed there! rather then the we`ll look at it first thing in the morning to say the least this place is no better then ed`s up the street, i will be sure i don`t come back for anything you`ve lost my loyalty as well as many people in my family.
