I took my car to these guys to...

I took my car to these guys to have the struts and tie rods replaced. They used poor quality parts that popped and groaned after a few miles. They wouldn`t replace just the struts. The manager said he didn`t want the mechanic to get killed trying to remove the springs! So I had to go for springs too! What`s worse they charged more than the dealer would have!
