I purchased a Jeep not from Decozen, but from another dealership, and I was told when I purchased it that I could bring it to any dealership to be serviced, Decozen was closer to my work, so when I did need service Decozen would not service the vehicle they said it wasn?ˆ™t bought from them, and I would have to wait until all of their customers that bought vehicles from them were done, I had an appointment, but they sa... view moreid that, that didn`t mean anything. They are privately owned and that is the way that they do things. I am so happy that I did not buy my vehicle from them and would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a vehicle not to go there. The customer Service is terrible. They are suppose to be a Jeep dealer and should service a Jeep no matter where is purchased I am also reporting them directly to Jeep itself, so that Jeep is aware of the dealerships handling their product. They were extremely rude, I own my own business and My Top Priority is Customer Service.
