Awful Service, Manager Doesn`t Care

Avoid in all circumstances. They misquote, overcharge, and are extremely rude and condescending. Then when you get ahold of the manager to try to give him a chance to make things right, he simply doesn`t care enough to. I would never go back! If i had to drive 100 miles to get my car serviced somewhere else I would.

Great Experience and a welcome change from most dealerships

I bought my new GMC Terrain at O`Reilly and dealt with Dave Crawford there. The whole experience was easy from beginning to end. Dave was great, he didn`t stalk me like most car salesman, he is an honest guy and highly recommended. Even though this dealership is somewhat far from me I`m going there for service based on the great experience I had.
