installed refurbished item instead of new as promised !!!

the service is horrible!!! i called to install parrot 3100, owner quoted $300 with installation and that will take an hour or two to install it. Brought the car in, 2 hours turned to whole day . Finally at 7 pm my car was done parked outside the gate with a big dent! I confronted the owner by she said it was already there ( LIAR !!!) it convenient to blame someone else then to accept their own fk up! Besides in 2-3 m... view moreonth the Parrot system did not work properly I went back to them they said they there is something wrong with my Cell phone Bluetooth. I went to another company they reprogrammed the Parrot for $50 and said that Guarantee Alarm sell most of the stuff refurbished!! I would not come back there for any services even if the`ll pay me to come back. screw you !

Called them, asked if they can install Parrot MKi9100, the owner kindly said that they only have 3100 model but claimed that it is the same thing. Experienced a typical low-ball, they originally offered to install for 150 and later claimed that this is just the labor cost, but i decided to go with it anyways. Installation was quick, no much waiting. Installer was rude. I got yelled at and was refused any cooperatio... view moren after i just mention that there was a mistake and models are NOT the same. Basically i lost $300 and got yelled at.
