Best Shop in Town BY FAR!!!!

I`ve been getting my families cars fixed here for 4 years now. They have a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. The always explain what needs to be done and why. They even prioritize things for me in order of importance, always with my families safety in mind. I never feel like I`m being sold a bunch of nonsense. If you want to be treated fair and Honestly, this is the place.

Who Can Ask For Anything More!

Mark & crew always go out of their way to make the best possible decision on how to approach our vehicles needs. They are very knowledgeable and competent. They don`t just throw parts at a car haphazardly in hopes to fix it. And they always go the extra mile to satisfy us. Thanks a bunch.

MAJOR RIPOFF!!

Was quoted a price of $1000 for a part on my car. During the conversation, Mark from Honest-1 told me he looked all over for a cheaper price on the part but none was available, so I took him at his word. After paying the $1400 bill, (total with parts and labor) I was shown the part they replaced and given a receipt with the part number on it. I took the bill home and looked up the part online. I found the same par... view moret in 3 separate places for less than $250 dollars. One part store had it for $202!! According to Honest-1, the part could only be found for $1000 ($998 to be exact). I don`t mind a guy making a buck, but this is ridiculous. Especially after telling the customer you tried to look all over for a cheaper price. HONEST........don`t think so. This is the first time I`ve ever felt the need to write a review, I hope this saves someone else from being shafted.
