Our new Aerobics studio is filled with high end features including new kettlebells, new dumbbells, new mats, TRX cables and a sophisticated low impact flooring systems and much more. Our 35 piece Cardio Theater comes complete with six, 42" LCD flat screen TVs and an additional rest room for your convenience. Riverside has over 22 Star Trac treadmills on two floors, including 5 brand new treadmills complete with 15" LCD flat screen TVs and with iPod Hook-Ups.
