Don`t buy a car here!

What do you call it when a used car is advertised with a clean title and sold as such, but in reality it was totaled out in an accident. It should have had a salvage title, but somehow that got changed. The buyer was NEVER even told the car had been in a accident. I would call that FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!!!
