I have purchased multiple Toyo...

I have purchased multiple Toyota`s from this dealership and have always had a great experience. I contact the Internet sales team and always get a fair price and using the service department has never been the headache that I get from other dealers. All my future Toyota`s will be from this place as well.

Worst Service Experience, Ever!

They tried to get me to pay for a warranty covered problem but conceded in the end. It took 9 attempts (4 e-mails and 4 phone calls) to get an appointment. The 9th call was to the Service Manager. While I was successful in getting an appointment he was sarcastic, arrogant and argumentative.

Honest Dealer

I shopped their internet department looking for a price on a new Camry. Not only did they end up being the cheapest but there were no games played when I went to visit them. The price I was quoted was the price I drove out with. There was actually another dealer that quoted me less, but when I went to buy the car the numbers changed and they started to play games so I left. DCH redeemed my faith in car dealers again.
