incompetent, irresponsible, and dishonest

Since the air conditioning in my car worked intermittently, I took my car to P & K to have a check. Instead of solving the problem, they made my air conditioning totally stop working. The old man (his name is Lacky) told me it was because my AC compressor was totally dead and I need to replace it with a new one. I trusted him, so I bought a new AC compressor and asked a mechanic to install it. However, the new compre... view moressor still did not work at all. In addition, the old AC compressor that was just removed from my car actually could still work when it was directly connected to power. It turned out that P & K somehow damaged the control circuit of my car, so the AC compressor could not run at all. I went back to P & K, but this time the old man (his name is Lacky) simply said he never told me the AC compressor was dead and refused to be responsible. Finally I had my car checked at another auto shop, and it turned out that the heater control unit was damaged by P & K. I had the heater control unit replaced and my AC is now working. Stay away from P & K, which is incompetent, irresponsible and dishonest.

Most honest & trustworthy mechanics ever!

These guys are great. A pleasure to deal with. As honest as can be and excellent mechanics. I have dealt with them for years for routine service or repairs.
