Overpriced and only 1 knowledgable staff

I went in to inquire about having a stereo put in, and talked to a kid named Dave, he went to another employee (I think his name is Frank) who was already helping a customer. I stood there and listened for awhile and came to the conclusion that Frank was the only one who knew what he was talking about, the problem is he had customers left and right swamping him with questions, I waited my turn and finally got a chanc... view moree to speak to him. When we discussed and came to a decision for what I needed, he referred me back to Dave who started scribbling on a piece of paper and then giving me a price that was way over my budget. I didn`t have anything done that day, but to Frank, you need to work elsewhere because your expertise is a waste in that shop.
