took my car to united auto for an oil change, and they did a huge checklist just because its what they do! they let me know that my ball joints were falling out and that it was unsafe to drive!!!! they quoted me to the penny, they were extremely fair, honest, fast, knowledgeable,friendly, accomadating, and down right awesome! tom talked me thru n explained everything! I recently had the pleasure of having my car serviced by United Auto Parts. I bought a discount coupon online from Groupon for the 75 point oil change. I did not have an appointment but they took me anyway. The service was completed in a time manner and I was treated with respect. The store is clean and customer friendly. I will definitely go there again.

i have taken my car several times over the past few years, to get inspected, oil changed, etc and have found not only the owner but the workers to be helpful and honest. they only fixed what needed to be fixed and explained how i could keep the cost of owning a car down with routine maintence. i would recommend them anytime

I would just like to say, I appreciate everything they have done for me. They gave me a reasonable price to fix my car. I had went to many places and no one could help me. Every place i went to just wanted to rip me off, but not this place. They were all very helpful and willing to go beyond the limit to make me happy. My experience was great and I would recommend all of my friends and family.

Would rate zero stars if I could. My check engine light came on due to a light fuel mix. From the moment I dropped it off, I had suspicions this place was going to try to take me ?ˆ“ the guy just seemed slimy. He calls me a couple hours later, runs through a list of 6-7 vacuum system parts that he claims are leaking, tells me one of the hoses is loose, and that he?ˆ™ll need my car for 2 days & $1300 to fix it ... view moreall. I declined the offer. When I picked up my car, he had tightened the loose hose but didn?ˆ™t turn off the check engine light, and tried to push me into setting an appointment for the $1300 repairs. I have my own code reader that can turn off the check engine light. I did so, and the light hasn?ˆ™t come back on. I know enough about cars to tell you to stay far, far away from this place. This guy gave me a detailed enough explanation of the cause of the check engine light turning on to let me know he knew exactly what he was doing ?ˆ“ trying to con me.
