I tried this place on a friend`s recommendation. What a huge mistake. I got tires that they were unable to balance even after returning them twice. The front end alignment went even worse. Returned 3 times and I was told every time that it was done correctly even though the steering wheel pulled to the right. There was never another customer there when I was so I guess that tells you something. I finally took my car ... view moreto another repair shop and they got it right the first time. Too bad I had to pay twice. Avoid this place at all costs. I would give no stars if I could.

where did the good workers go

i went to american discount tires to have my tires done i have been a frequent costomer for a little over three years. I liked going there because there was a young man named John that every one called cat. he was very respectful knowlageable and answered all my questions that i had for him plus he was fast often worked by himself, i went to american discount tire today and he no longer works there the people that ar... view moree there now are rude and slow i waited three times as long as i have previously so my advise to the management would be get this kid back asap if u value your costomers thank you
