When you need help on the road........

When the time came that I needed road service now, the ""Guy`s at Universe towing can through. They were prompt and helped us get to our service shop damage-free. Their employee were clean and a really Kool tow rig showed up. Hats off to a great outfit............................ Murray.

Worst Body Shop

Universe Auto Body Center in Baychester, Bronx is the WORST body shop in the industry. They are very unprofessional, very uncourteous, and nothing short of a very long nightmare, to say the least. If you are even thinking of having work done in this place, STOP. If you have a vehicle being repaired at this shop, now is the time to get up and go get your car OUT OF THERE. Ana, the secretary and Richie, the alcoholic, ... view morenasty manager are a tag team that are nothing short of undesirable. They will lie to you everyday of the week, 24 hours a day if they have to in order to cover up what looks like some serious embezzling from their part. Good luck to the owners!
