Upon reading the mixed reviews on Google, I was hesitant in visiting this dealership, but I would like to set the record straight for all those who were misguided as I was. MB located on Park Avenue was the best experience I`ve ever had. The honest sales team is willing to work with your situation and do ANYTHING within their capability to make you happy with a brand new Mercedes-Benz. When I went to pick up the car I was 2 hours late due to traffic however everyone was there to greet me and ensure I was receiving the MB Legacy of customer service.
