Do not buy from them or their dealerships. You are paying 5 times what the car actually cost. I was told that I pre-qualified for a $200 down payment. For 2 weeks I called and spoke with my sale account rep who I never even got chance to meet. Something told me that this was too good to be true but I was sold on warranty they kept promising me. I kept asking my account rep if they had the car of my choice, a dodge ne... view moreon. She kept telling me they had the car and it was waiting for me to pick it up. The night I got to the dealership, not only was the car not there, they told me I didn`t qualify for the car. This was a Dodge Neon 1999 to 2001. You can buy those on the street for less than $3,000 and that`s according to Kelly Blue Book Value. My sales rep instead placed me into a 1999 Alero Oldsmobile. It was the basic model GL with power windows, locks, cd player, hub caps (no steel or alloy) and no remote to control the power doors. The car had over 100,000 miles. According to the Kelly Blue Value, this car in excellent condition is worth only $2160. My car was not in excellent condition when I got it. There was problem with the window regulator. There was the headliner falling down. The power mirror motor needed to be replaced. And, the car had at least 2 dents which I didn`t see in the dark when I agreed to take the car. I will give the dealership credit here, they did try to fix the problems at no cost. I also had to replace one of the knob on the radio because that was broken off. To sum this review up, I was given a $2,500 car and charged $14,000 for the car. The actual cost of the car was even higher but since I returned the car before my first payment, I was charged a repossession (I called and told them I didn`t want the car and I was dropping it off at Helm Associates). My credit is worse now than it was when I walked into this rip off joint. I now have a repossession on my credit for a car that is only worth $2,500 at max that had I tried to sell the car would have never gotten $14,000 for. It will take 7 years before this clears off my credit. I will not pay any creditor $14,000 for that car. Beside the fact that I gave the dealership $2,000 on deposit to get the car. Do not buy any car that anyone is trying to sell that is worth more than the Kelly Blue Book Value. I`m an accountant and should have known better. But I allowed my need for instant gratification to make decision for me. I could have taken that $2,000 and put the deposit on a brand new car for $14,000. Remember, all I wanted was a Dodge Neon I wasn`t asking for a BMW 3 series. Do a search, you`ll find brand new cars with a 5 year /100,000 mile warranty for $14,000. You won`t find a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero with a 100,000 miles on it for $14,000. A sucker is born every minute.

They have no emergency number if your stuck out of state. They are rude. They tell you if you purchase more then one vehicle through them you won`t get shut off which is all a lie. DO NOT BUY A CAR THROUGH THEM! This is my 3rd vehicle because they kept me coming back well obviously I fell for it no more I am done with the way they treat me. Please don`t go there

DON`T buy here. You`re buying something that costs three times what it`s worth. I could have bought a new car (even with weak credit) with what was paid. The final straw was asking (for the first time after making 27 prompt payments) if I could be 2 weeks late on my current payment and was told NO, we have to closeout because it`s the end of the month (???). My daughter (poor credit) bought a brand new Nissan Versa with less payments and lower payments than my Chrysler (1999) Minivan!...Check the new car dealers first, you`d be surprised at what you qualify for!

I highly suggest that no one purchases a vehicle from this dealership or any of there sister lots. I`ve purchased a car from them six months ago and been back for repairs 12 times. No one ever has a direct answers. Repairs are never completed properly. I will upload images of all of my paper work for repairs once I scan to my machines. As a online junkie I will continue to post on all websites so that google caches i... view morenformation and images these results below are completely false. I will encourage the same disgruntle faces that I see while getting repairs to do the same! Helm Associates is a child company to B & B Automotive, Auto Credit Company.

I had have 3 loans with them, they are great. My credit was not so good, but I walked in with my $500 bucks in my pocket, and drove off with a car. Not to say that, after making my payments on time, it helped my credit score go up ALOT.. At the dealership, I was dealing with frank, and he was great, upfront honest guy. Now I go in and make my payments at Helm, and I deal with Melissa, and she is the same, GREAT
