Stay away! Stay far, far away!...

Stay away! Stay far, far away! I made an "appointment" for 8:30 am for an oil change and coolant replacement. I arrived five minutes early, and there were two cars ahead of me. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, my car had not been seen, and there were seven cars being worked on. I usually expect to wait, but not for that long without a word from management. Why did Pep Boys take the appointment if the managemen... view moret knew ahead of time that a minimum of ten vehicles were ahead of me, and that realistically, there would be a wait time of 2 hours before the car was even taken into the service bay? I will NEVER AGAIN go to Pep Boys.

My experience was Terrible

Got my brakes done. Received vehicle with terrible vibrating while stopping. Seems like they did not even test their repairs. Then the manager wanted to charge me to fix it???Hello

HORRIBLE SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECOMEND! STAY AWAY!

Went here to get rims installed. They did not balance the tires properly and because of this i had to pay 400 dollars for new tires. ALSO THE MANAGER IS NO HELP AND HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PEP BOYS!!!!!

out of town stranded

My car broke down on a Saturday as I was traveling through NJ and I had AAA tow it to this local pepboys. Being that I was starting my vacation had to be checked into my hotel by 8pm I opted to rent a car and leave my van with Pepboys. They completely ignored my car, they didn`t order the part and then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle when it was supposed to be done they were completely surprised that I was a... view more little angry and stressed that it had been ignored. Customer service is not a priority at this Pep Boys and the service manager was patronizing and pompous instead of helpful and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend that only local people go to this Pep Boys as you won`t get your car for a while. Communication from day to day is non existant and they have no respect for their customers.
