I bought a van that broke down on my way home from the dealership. They wouldn`t refund all my money although they did take the van back. They told me to go and get it fixed and they would pay for it. The diagnostic from 3 places told me it was a rear main seal that would cost $1800 to fix. They then took it back, kept some of my money and told me they fixed it for $60 and now have sold the van. They never paid. Betw... view moreeen diagnostic fees and non-refunded money I`m out $400+. (They told me to get multiple diagnostics) They held my taxes until I said I was going to contact the authorities. The state record shows they never put the van in my name but they charged me for the tax and tags. The dealer was aggressive and disrespectful. Its not worth dealing with them. My experience was that they sold me an inferior product they don`t stand behind.
