Had a horrible experience. My car was sent to the shop by my insurance for a serious pothole damage. Took them a week to find steelies for a car leaving to pay for a rental car. I had to find the wheel myself for them so they can finally fix my car. Then when it was time to pick up my car the interior had so much dust and fingerprints all over, the trunk was tossed as if they were looking for something. I didnt make ... view morea big deal because total time for them to align and replace on wheel was 3 weeks. After about 3 days from picking up the car, i finally had a nice day to wash the car, i see this imperfection with my paint. As i used wax cleaner, blue paint started to come off on to the cloth. Long story short it looks like they scratched my car and threw some touch up paint. Boy was i heated. I called the shop manager JEFF, and he said theres now way they did that. I know my car and that was NOT there. Now im in a predicament to prove it was them that scratched my car. I will be writing my NEGATIVE reviews everywhere about them to hopefully make others aware of their poor customer service and professionalism

Top Quality Work & Customer Service

I have a 17 year old Mustang Gt that had driver side door damage. I decided to get the damage fixed and repaint the entire car, including jambs a different color. After getting a few quotes, I decided Denville Bear was the place to go because they seemed the most knowledgeable and made it clear that they take the utmost pride in their work, in addition the price was right in line with the competition.
