Pathetic Service

After being towed to this facility from ACE as recommended by the tow truck driver, I have never experience such pathetic service. The symptoms were an indication of a blown transmission. Scordos was to investigate the problem on a Friday and let me know what the problem was. I never received a call. I called twice on Saturday as I was not sure if they were open. I called again on Monday morning and the owner answere... view mored the phone, explained the transmission was damaged and needed to be replaced. He was rather sarcastic, which I didn?ˆ™t appreciate. He also was to find the cost and let me know by noon. By 1:30, I never got the call so I called the shop 3 times that day and left messages. They never answer the phone or return calls. This facility is totally unresponsive. I finally had the car towed to another shop on Tuesday morning. My bill from Scordos was $142 to change the transmission fluid, 12 qts of fluid for a car that only holds 8.5 qts and the write up says it delays into forth gear and everything?ˆ™s OK? To add icing to this cake, over half the tank of fuel is missing from the car. I don?ˆ™t know who or how, but it`s gone.
