Great Customer Service

I took my car to Pep Boys in Glassboro today for new brakes. Brian, the service manager, was terrific! I dropped my car off and got picked up to go to work. He promised me that he`d have someone bring the car right in. By noon, the car was done and I got ride back to pick it up. This is the first time any place ever told me I might need something extra that`s very costly and then called me back and told me there... view more was good news - I didn`t need it (calipers)!! Brian was extremely cheerful, congenial, and dealt with me honestly. I`ve never had a repair go so smoothly. The quality of the work done was excellent, also! I`ll be going back there in about a month for tires.
