Like the first review, I had a great experience, nobody like car shopping, but to be honest, it was kinda fun with Mike. He did have a good variety of vehicles on the car lot, however he did not have the car that I was looking for, I gave him my criteria and he showed me everything that was available within my specifications and we picked out a car together online at the sale that he was going to the following week, ... view moreand he bought that car for me and gave me a great deal. I really liked the experience more than I thought that I would. The car is great, a problem with the heater arose and they fixed the car right away and the car came back to me cleaner than when I brought it to them. All in all a great place to shop, a low key no pressure guy unlike the other schmucks that I visited prior. And you have to go there to see his pup, what a good lil girl, felt like a visit more than a business transaction, WE LOVE MIKEY !!

I had a fantastic experience at Town Line Motors when I l purchased a used Chevy Silverado pick-up truck! Mike went out of his way to make it a positive experience. I had never purchased a vehicle from him before and was a little nervous about buying my first pick-up to haul my horse trailer.

I liked the truck right away, but wanted my regular mechanic to check it out before making an offer. Mike even offe... view morered to drive the vehicle to my mechanic and wait while it was being checked so I wouldn`t have to miss work to do so! Once the mechanic checked it over and find a few minor things wrong (needed transmission flush, oil change, and one tire replaced), I shared that info with Mike and he offered to include that work in our negotiated price! Mike went above and beyond what was required - he purchased two new tires for me so they would match! My mechanic thought I was getting a great deal on the truck - it had low mileage and had been well-maintained. Of course, I didn`t share that comment with Mike! : )

Even after our price had been negotiated, when I expressed concern about being able to ""climb up"" into the truck, he put money towards steps for each side and installed them for free. To top it all off, he threw in a step for the back by the tailgate so I could easily climb into the truck bed. I`ll definitely be going back to Mike when I make my next car purchase!

Make sure you wave if you see me driving by in a gray Silverado with a navy blue horse trailer behind my great truck!
