RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
After making several parts inquiries that went unasnwered "Kevin" finally responded back to the last email which I mentioned filing a BBB complaint and whoever this "kevin" is got very sarcastic and unprofessional to someone who intended on doing business there. Not a good idea with the amount of competition around.
Thank goodness for Jacks used auto parts only a few minutes away!
