I believe they do have more marketing power noe and tend to ignore small customers. I ordered an exhaust and a suspension kit and its almost the 3rd month that I paid for them and so far, no update as to when are they gonna ship it. I was told that the parts are coming from Germany from a shipping container but still if they are being ordered promptly I dont see a reason why it would take 3 months to get my order. ... view more My recommendation for BMW car owners is to find another online retailer that would care for their moneys worth. Customer service is terrible and there was no solid explanation and apology why the process is this horrible. They dont advertise on their catalog that waiting times will be this much if parts are coming from Germany. I am a regular customer but with this current situation, I will no longer be one. I had the option before to go with other vendors, but that was my mistake.
